We are investigating affordable hotels that have activities close by AND that are relatively close to an international airport. Please note that the times from the hotel and the airports will vary depending on the traffic.

DEERFIELD BEACH
Located 30mins+ from both FLL and PBIA, and 45 mins to1hour+, (all traffic dependant) from MIA.
There is a boardwalk so those not interested in beach activities can still enjoy the ocean air day or night time. Walking distance to restaurants some with live entertainment at night; touristy shops; and some nature parks. Close to the intra-coastal, Boca’s Mizner park with shopping, museum, luxury cinema or just hanging out; Hillsboro lighthouse point
EMBASSY SUITES AT DEERFIELD BEACH
This is an oceanfront hotel.

Alina, the meeting manager wants us to know that each room has two baths, a sofabed and that Embassy Suites offers free breakfast and happy hour.
She has quoted on rooms with either two queen or two king beds so that we can double up.
The rates are the same for both weekends at this time.
The proposal will be valid for 14 days or the first right of refusal.

FORT LAUDERDALE
There is a boardwalk but it is more “South Beachy”. There are a lot of restaurants and night-life nearby. Walking distance from an intra-coastal water taxi stop.
AC HOTEL
This is in Fort Lauderdale and is located a block in from the ocean. Located 20 mins+ from FLL, 1 hr+ from PBIA, 1hr+ from MIA.

We are able to offer a combination of King and Double Queen Guestrooms for your group for the weekend of May 12 – 14, 2023. The weekend before is the Formula 1 race in the area and prices are sky high. Below is what we can offer:
