In 2004 I went to hear Myles Minns, (owner of Continental Properties, MrTownhouse, Mortgage Works and Olympia Title) speak.
It was clear that his focus and that the focus of his companies was the client regardless of the size of the contract.
So, I decided to make Continental Properties and Mortgage Works my home since I believe that the customer comes first.
